CONVENTION CENTER : CONVENTION SERVICES

 

The Event Management team is your principal source of information during the planning process and upon your on-site arrival. Your event coordinator will answer your questions, convey information to our operations department and take responsibility for the room set-up and timeline. She will also communicate your needs and event requirements to other departments such as Exhibitor Services, Electrical, Technology, Security, Parking, Housekeeping and other Facility Services.
